DellTM does not need any special introduction, its a great company with great products. DellTM was known for it’s excellent product delivery times and methods which were innovative at the time. Once again, DellTM has worked its way into a level of innovation and creating a level of confidence to others who would wish to follow-suit, by entering a virtual world where so many potential customers can be accessed and communicated. DellTM offers a level of customer services in-world (within Second Life), which is indeed a step forward in the Customer Services sector, which sometimes can need a lot of improvement in general (not in specific to DellTM).

Customer Services via Second Life, can be comparatively economical yet more effective. But it all depends on the level of concentration a business institution would wish to commit itself within Second Life i.e. employing sufficient number of Customer Service Executives who are trained to the in-world conditions (technical and other).

For a description of DellTM’s virtual home, it can be considered as a well built set of islands that can be accessed via bridges, or simply travel using a next-generation POD (unorthodox in DellTM island, simply fly around). This short film, is about a great place that many should visit. Its a place called Faeria Village situated in Huin (second life), themed towards the medieval times. An excellent selection to those who would like to concentrate on art or even spend some time on your own. Also to those who like some change from the usual concrete jungles/high rise buildings to nature. The creator has concentrated on

creating a fantasy themed jungle with rainbows, elegantly textured mushrooms with their bright and sparkling colours and much more.

So the bottom-line is, please do make a visit to this magical place and experience it yourself. And don’t forget to tell me what you felt about this place.

Saving Private Ed is a continuation from a previous movie named “Arizona” from the Second e Life Beyond series. Saving Private Ed has a story line that evolves around the Town Sheriff, Private Ed (Tucson’s only Miner), Tough Cowgirl and the Tucson citizens as a whole.

The storyline features a level of action, but doesn’t get lost in its way, by keeping track with the level of humor (not much though) the previous movie had to offer.

The story begins with the party in Tucson–and goes on with the kidnapping of the only miner in Tucson, Private Ed. Town Sheriff, who was the least expectable hand on the case, makes his move and finds out as to what happened with Ed, along with a friend in the US cavelry Sgt. Marwer.
